Always having issues. Always have to delete the app and reinstall.
How does a tech company make an app this bad?
This app is almost useless. It crashes, gets hung up when deleting messages, and is generally a pain to use.

Hey AT&T, you need to fix your app and update it to the new iOS. With all the money AT&T customers are paying you. You should be able to fix this app to make it work right.

They don’t provide support for their failing technology. These apps, which were one very good, are now trash and being ignored by AT&T. The complaints have been piling up for more than a year but no action is obvious. No answers. The just keep collecting or money and ignore us.
Bad for Business
App tends to deliver messages several hours and sometimes even days later without any notification. I loss a lot of revenue using this app. I wouldn’t recommend this app for business, it will ruin your reputation as far as being able to respond back in a timely manner! Why am I paying so much for ATT services that are not functional?

Notifications stopped working
On my iPhone & iPad, notifications (alerts, sounds & badges) stopped working. Messages only load AFTER the HOME or WORK app is opened.
A Headache! Issues with signing on now!
Such a headache!!! Used to work fine, but now just trying to sign into the app doesn’t always work. Even when swiping up to turn app off, it doesn’t allow you to sign back in. Is anyone even monitoring the app functionality anymore? Will have to find another app to access my messages, if there is such an app.

Fix this App..!
This used to be a great and useful app for years and now it isn’t. Like other users have said, a recent update made it so the Work and Home apps can no longer retain different phone datasets unless you open each one and leave them running all the time.... In other words, you can’t have one for home and one for work anymore unless both are currently active at the same time... Otherwise the other one will mirror the last number used and you have to REST the configuration... So not useless, but no longer a decent app...

It was great - now it isn’t
This was a great and useful app for years and now it isn’t. As other reviewers have said, a recent update made it so the Work and Home apps can no longer retain different phone numbers. In other words, you can’t have one for home and one for work anymore. I can’t find a way to change phone numbers in the app, so anytime I need need to switch I JUST delete and reinstall one of the apps. Doesn’t matter which - the other one will mirror the change. So not useless, but no longer a decent app.

Garbage
This used to work and was super helpful. Ever since the last update I can’t use this app anymore. It just tells me sign in failed or fails to sync.
App hasn’t worked for months
Tech support hasn’t been able to resolve. Keep getting error message when I try to sign in. Was working on iPad for a while and now that has stopped. Please fix.
Used to be great. What happened?
I’ve used this app for years as an easy way to capture messages on my home voicemail via my cell phone. Suddenly I can’t sign in, and sending an automated problem report goes nowhere. Please fix this app, it used to be so wonderful! But now it’s junk. Sad.

App not working
Worked till the last update, now worse than worthless
This was a great app till it stopped downloading and notifying me about new calls. Now it’s deleted my number from the app with no way to re-enter it. Tried deleting and reinstalling it and it’s telling me I entered the wrong number.
App Stopped working
This app just stopped allowing me to sign in and use. Support line said it’s no longer available on the landline phone I have. I never received notice that the phone was changing and that this app could not be used with a digital landline.
Vm viewer
Last update completely disabled my viewer. It seems to have removed my phone number from the app.

Since last iOS update (14), this app only sends email alerts and does not send messages for playback. Useless now.

Worked well till phone was updated doesn’t work at all now oh yeah app support takes you back to the idiots who don’t know anything!
