Unprofessional
I spoke to one of their workers in the office. After the guy verified me I realised I’ve been signed out of the app on both of my devices. I’ve never been able to sign back in. I believe the guy I spoke with did something but I’ll port to MTN once I return to Ghana.
Can’t access account
Account cannot be accessed. I deleted the app and downloaded it but still cannot operate it
Capture the market
This network outage is a big opportunity for AT to capture the market share. People couldn’t switch easily because of the indirect costs, now almost everyone is using AT so switching will become easier. AT please maintain a better service and the market will be yours. You think we like it buying expensive data from the yellows? No! I have been using AT like forever and We’d love AT to be the market leader cos data is affordable and stable here, calls are clearer here, although no 4G AT’s 3G packs a punch just like the red’s 4G. I’m yet to try the app so can’t say much in that area.
