I open the app. Data loading is the status. I used to love this app. Now there’s a glitch; I hope they fix it.
Useless
This app is totally useless. I’m standing in the St. Louis airport and downloaded this app to find some dinner. When I look at the restaurants that it says are right around me, it is completely wrong. This was a waste of time.
Very uninformative
Tried to use the map at the Denver airport but the app gives no details. It kinda sucks. Do better people
Seasoned flyer still questions
We have been to Humberto 5 times and still confusing. It would be helpful for the app to give step by step guidance with video of each step and place from entrance to check-in to security then to passport control and gate locations. For us still a little confused Otherwise it did not take a long time to get to our gate. It is a very busy and hectic airport so a little more help takes the stress level down!

Of dubious utility…
This application does not show how to get from international terminals to domestic terminals. This would be a major surprise to passengers arriving at Sydney Australia international wanting to catch a domestic flight as the domestic terminal is several kilometers away in a completely different building, with no pedestrian access between the two. I believe this would be the same for many other airports around the world, however I can’t check that claim as this application doesn’t show how to get from terminal to terminal...

I think you have a problem with your app because it says Delta airlines is not in Terminal 5 at O’Hare. It really confused me until I looked it up online. Please update the app.

Not up to date!
Tried the app for my airport (SLC) and they showed me a very inaccurate map, as the map is like 7 to 10 years old! And unless you have been living under a rock we here in Salt Lake City have a completely new airport that is bigger and better than the old one ever thought of being and there not even done yet, still new things to come! When we get the 2034 Olympics we will have a world class airport. My advice would be to download the actual airport app or just look on there website for that airport.

Where the gates? It shows no gates, no airlines, absolutely no useful information. Positively useless. Don’t bother.

I’m at LAX right now.
It offers a map with the outline of the terminal, but no map of what stores and restaurants are nearby.
It offers a search, which either requires you to know what you want, or lists EVERYTHING in the whole airport, starting with a list of where all the AEDs are (emergency defibrillators).
I have no idea how this can be useful.

First airport I tried it in didn’t have a map. What is the purpose of the application if an airport is allowed to have no map?
Missing lots of gates at LGW-N
I’m surprised that this app is missing all the gates above 100 at London Gatwick’s north terminal. Therefore I can’t trust it.
Jfk terminal 3
Where is terminal 3? My flight departs from terminal 3 and it is not on the map nor will the search show it. Kinda worthless as an airport guide.
