No support

I downloaded this app and was genuinely interested in upgrading to premium but I had a few questions. So I used the support button on the app which brought up an email. I sent my questions accordingly and waited for a reply. Well over a week went by with no reply. I contacted them again and waited three more days. Still no reply. Deleted the app and will not re try. Horrible experience. Good thing I didn’t upgrade - I doubt I’d be able to cancel it if needed due to the ridiculous incompetence of their support team (or lack thereof). Disappointment all around. Avoid.
