As far as I can see, there’s no opportunity to try the app before you have to pay. I’d like to know what airports and centers this covers because certainly there are limitations. I’d like to know how it does handoffs. I’d like to know if it shows other information about aircraft such as altitude.

Not worth the download

As soon as you download, your instantly pushed to subscribe, you can’t listen to anything if you don’t subscribe, no free trials and who know if it’s even live. Don’t do it

No way to test drive this - seems to be a bunch of simulated recordings that they try to pass off a real-time - ads are misleading

App sucks

Air traffic isn't real, flight numbers etc are fake. The air traffic they claim doesn't even show up on the actual radar. I'm at LAX not a single plane supposedly coming out on the app is taxing, landing or taking off

TOTAL SCAM

This app is a complete and total scam. The reviews are fake. I paid the $6 for a week to access it and all the radio transmissions are just computer generated and not real at all.

DO MOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Every where in the app preview it tells you that it live. That is totally false and I caught them within 5 minutes of downloading the app. The ATC was talking to an airline that hasn’t existed for days! That certainly isn’t live.

Top that all off I can’t find where to cancel this darn app. I guess I’m going to call my credit card company and explain this to them so I don’t pay for this falsely advertised app.

I would give them zero stars if I could.

Fake

First traffic I’m hearing is spirit airlines talking about landing with passengers in Atlanta. This is several days after spirit airlines shutdown. It’s not real or they’re playing old transmissions

Not Free, won’t let you use unless you pay

This has got to be against the Apple terms of service. It literally says free with app purchases. As soon as you launch the app, it’ll put you into an infinite loop requiring you to pay a six dollar per week subscription - which is insanely high. I don’t understand who would ever use this when you can’t even try it without paying.

You can’t use it without paying

When you download the app it desperately tries to get you to sign up for a paid subscription and then you get stuck in a sign-up loop that you can’t get out of so you can’t even play around with the app without paying for some type of subscription. Sorry, but I’m not paying for an app without being able to understand what it does. I also find the dark mode color and font choices difficult to read.

I bought this app so I can listen to my flight and I log in do the decode and boom the app wants me to pay $75 for access and I press not interested and do I get access no because the app wants me to pay $75 for access. Don’t download the app at all

Fake Ads. Poor audio transcription.

Found this app from an ad that showed a screen recording for an entirely different app. Uses images from The ATC App in their ads. How are you going to use a completely different app to try to sell your own.

Unable to see transcriptions while viewing the map. Rips audio from LiveATC (a free service). Transcription has about a 2% accuracy. At one point listening to LGA TWR I was getting transcriptions from a YouTube video. When listening to audio the app will show transcriptions from a completely different airport. Audio is delayed 10-20 seconds from real time. ADS-B data is also delayed.

This entire app is fraud. Don’t see it being around for long.
