FAKE Rewards
Was promised $5 voucher for signing up, since then I have accrued 92.5 points ordering Supreme Leader which is delicious ! Unfortunately, I have never received my sign up voucher nor am I able to verify my account to access my rewards due to a broken app and website, I have tried both and have double checked my phone number. Yet I still receive emails and they still take my money. Very disappointing !!

Misleading photo in the menu
I ordered the Dragon Exclusive for 2, which included the Asian Crispy Chicken with Steamed Rice. The app photo shows the chicken with white mayo, but it was served with orange sweet chili mayo instead. I later noticed the description mentions sweet chili mayo, so the restaurant served the correct item.
It’s disappointing of course, the photo is misleading and caused unnecessary confusion. Please update the photo to match the actual product so customers know what to expect.

Fave food in one spot
Have been a long time Noodle Box customer & since joining ATE Rewards I’ve been so impressed with the number of rewards i have been able to redeem. I also recently discovered Supreme Leader Korean chicken, yum! Love that I can also order this as well & Noodle Box at the same time.
Surprisingly a great app.
I signed up at Pattysmiths for the $5 off my first order and honestly didn’t expect much, but the app’s actually really good. Easy to use, ordering’s simple and the member offers have been worth it.

Can’t logged back in as I forgot and can’t change my password. I don’t receive any email of changing password. Tried multiple times. Only allow email to logged in but you have to use your email and phone number for registration And no contact service. Stuck

Terrible app. Nothing gets delivered, process is complicated. First time ordering today and i got no food, just air , lost time and frustration.

never had an issue ordering what i want. i realised how to use the offer system. you have to put in the offer after you add it to your cart. people having trouble with store locations. who the heck doesn’t check that when they order something. you just need to have an IQ above 70 to use this app.
App works flawless for me. Thanks for Apple Pay Support and Apple Wallet Support.

Absolute rubbish
Agree with the rest of the comments. Everything about this app is horrible. It’s just a way to grab your information. The deals don’t include most of the stuff on the menu.

Haven’t used this app in a while for noodle box, tried today and they’re only letting me pay with Apple Pay (which I don’t have and won’t get, especially not for a noodle shop) do better

They’re liars, I caught them in multiple lies.
I ordered from this app pretty consistently for a couple months, 8 or 9 times then they changed up all their deals to pick up only. When I asked if this was temporary they replied that they’re adding new deals soon (implying it was temporary) it wasn’t. A fast food app where all the deals are pick up only??? That’s wild. They also give you different amounts of food btw!! If you do pick up even though you’re paying less because you’re picking up so not paying the delivery fees you are getting significantly less food, it costs more to do pick up if you do the math, honestly the fact they aren’t transparent about that isn’t actually legal. There were so many other lies and contradictions, but I don’t want to make this review too long. Such a shady company and I’m so disappointed because I genuinely loved their food but I can not support a company that treats its customers the way I was treated. When I mentioned that I felt scammed I was just told I was wrong and made to feel dumb but math isn’t wrong and I don’t appreciate being belittled when I am 10000% correct.
