Can’t get past Verfication

I downloaded the app and signed in with my login but I can’t get past the verification. It says it’s sending an email with a code but I never receive it no matter how many times I ask to resend it. I have even checked my spam and no email is there. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro.

Won’t work!

I sign in and make sure all is correct then it says to confirm my information and that’s as far as it goes. Not completing sign up. No email no nothing just sits on that sign up page with no confirmation. I’m using a new iPhone 14 pro.
