The website nor the app works
I am extremely disappointed I for real feel played… I paid for the membership around a year ago and I’m still continuing to pay it because my bank isn’t allow me to cancel it. They are asking me for the website but it got took down so I literally can’t do anything about it… I wouldn’t be mad if I actually got to enjoy the videos that I paid for. I hate writing reviews but cmon now… dude got me feeling like a Karen for scamming me.

Do not download.
This app hasn’t worked for at least a year. You get “error 502” as soon as you open the app. You literally can do nothing, BUT it continues to charge my card. It’s funny how the app doesn’t work but the payment system does. I suggest to anyone who is interested in this app to just leave it alone. You will get nowhere!

“Response status code was unacceptable” is all I can see when trying to use this app. Not working for me
Problem
Love young pharaoh but there is always a problem with this app. I’ve paid for subscription’s and never was able to view any of the videos I’ve reached out to clear these issues up and no one has ever gotten back to me. I don’t make lots of money and I’ve lost 50$ all together and was never refunded any money when the app was down for at least 2 months. Hate that I had to leave this review but I don’t want anyone else to lose their money like I did. PEACE & LOVE

Horrible App
The content is great but the app is horrible. It hardly works and sometimes the videos won’t upload. I have reached out for tech support and never get a response. Logging into the website has been the better option for me.

I’m trying to cancel my Aten university subscription and it’s redirecting me to so many different pages and still not letting me cancel when I do all the actions I feel like I’m being scammed and my credit card info is being held hostage.

Good Info, Bad UI/UX
The app is great for information but the user interface is a lil wonky and needs to be more efficient. I’m not able to view my payment information or subscription info. This needs a good update. That’s my only complaints thus far.
