Not responding
I have been trying to contact the support system of this organisation on my recent purchases for a refund their contact number is no where to be found or email and when you dig deep you find an email and they barely responding
On their discussion section I have commented and they still haven’t gotten back to be
This Subanallah has been really frustrating and so unprofessional as when taking the payment it’s so easy and quick but when you facing difficulties on their page or trying to ask anything or a refund they are no where to be found.
I would really appreciate if anyone can get in contact and get me my re fund as I am not pleased with this at all.

Some teachings are bid’ah
Was checking the free courses of Salat and Wudu, and found one in each video course an action of typical indo-pak bid’ah. 1) grabbing wrist with thumb and pinky while covering the wrist with the rest 3 fingers; 2) wiping neck in wudu. May Allah safe-guard us from bid’ah.
Potential Refund
The videos are not playing in the app. Please fix or refund the course! Additionally, there is no way to reach out for support other than leaving a review!
