Beware: absolutely NO support, paid account revoked

-received another email and provided all my details. Silence again. No resolution
Update: end of July 2026. I have yet another support email asking for details and receipts which I provided. I have heard nothing back. At this point. I would not recommend this app to anyone
Update July 2026: still nothing. It's been about 6 months without my paid account being restored
Update: still no update. I have not had my full app that I paid for since February 2026. I have sent 5 emails to support with no response. I don't know where else to turn to
This is the second review leaving as I cannot get a response to several emails sent to them. My account is fully paid and an update since before Ramadan 2026 no longer recognizes my paid account. Notification setting need adjusting
Good app. When I don’t use the app I stop receiving notifications which is quite frustrating. Sometimes we need reminding and for the app to not remind me is a bit frustrating.

Frankly, this is embracing for you as developers.
Three times I have been stripped of my pro access despite being one of the first/earlier purchases spanning over 5 years. The other two times I’ve contacted and it was restored. Now there’s no way to get direct support? It is getting tiring to have to constantly ask, almost as if you’re trying to force every penny out of your users.
