Way too slow
Takes too long to load. More than 10 minutes. iOS 18. Very disappointing when you want to park.

Application is not loading when you need it.
Useless app, adding creditcard is defective
I can't add a creditcard thus rendering the app completely useless.

Είχα κατεβάσει την εφαρμογή. Ξαφνικά ο λογαριασμός και τον υπόλοιπο εξαφανίστηκαν. Έπρεπε να κάνω καινούργιο λογαριασμό και μου πήρε 45 λεπτά, γιατί δε δούλευε τίποτα. Τα APIs για επικοινωνία είναι απαράδεκτα, τα μηνύματα για επιβεβαίωση κινητού δεν ερχόντουσαν. Για να βάλω κάρτα πήρε κάμποσες προσπάθειες γιατί έβγαζε λάθος. Απαράδεκτη εφαρμογή.

Can’t add a card to fill up with money.
I was visiting a hospital in the center of Athens and parked in a dedicated area, tried many times to fill the app so I could pay for the parking but it didn’t let me. There was a message that the bank couldn’t add more cards in the app for the moment. So after trying multiple times to add funds I ended taking a ticket. Your system is not working as intended. Add more ways to pay for the parking or remove the app completely.

Couldnt add a card
The app had crashed and didnt let me add a payment method so i couldnt pay and im gonna end up with a ticket … thats so absurd
Can’t add a card for payment
Very disappointed. I parked in a payed spot after searching for 25 minutes and I was in a rush for a medical exam. I downloaded the app, inserted all the information about the street and the license plate and then I got asked to “top up” my wallet and insert a card as I payment method. After filling a form with personal info I pressed submit and I got an error text saying I should try again later. This happened five times after trying to close the app and trying again. I had to search for parking again or I would risk getting a ticket. Very unreliable and one would expect an app that actually works when it’s sponsored by the municipality of Athens. Very disappointing experience.

Cant add my card. It stacked
No option to add apple pay. Very bad app

After following the steps of indicated , the app freezes in the last step of adding the card.
Unable to add a new card to payment details
When you add the details of a new card and hit submit it takes you to a screen on which the only option is to go back a step and repeat the whole process again. I couldn’t get it to work.
Not working
First it wouldn’t let me sign in with the right credentials, even after changing password again and again. Now it doesn’t let me add a new payment card. But when we get a ticket it is always our fault and we are always the ones that have to pay for it..

Terrible app!
It is impossible to use the app on the iPhone. Recently, when trying to top up the wallet, the system is transferred to the piereus bank page, where you need to save your credit card details. When you enter these details, a blank page appears and nothing happens. The app works, but you can't pay for parking with it, because you can't top up your wallet.
