About

AthleteDNA turns your Apple Health data into a clear picture of how you're training, recovering, and progressing over time. DASHBOARD See your effort score, performance analysis, and weekly calorie burn at a glance — a daily snapshot of how your training is trending. ANALYSIS Browse your full workout history, synced automatically from Apple Health — heart rate, active energy, duration, and more for every session. DISCIPLINE Track your training consistency with a visual workout calendar and session stats, so you can see patterns in how often you're showing up. PROGRESS Follow performance trends over weeks and months, with a current assessment of where you stand across key training metrics. BODY COMPOSITION TRACKING Scan or upload an InBody result and AthleteDNA keeps a running history of your body composition changes over time. APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION Connect once and AthleteDNA reads your heart rate, HRV, steps, active energy, sleep, and workouts from Apple Health to keep your training picture up to date — automatically, in the background. AthleteDNA never writes data back to Apple Health, and you control what's shared at any time from Settings.

Discipline • Milestones now track your real class count and fill in as you approach the next one. • Your Consistency shows your all-time classes, this month's pace and your weekly average. • The consistency calendar marks classes you attended, missed and have booked - tap any day for its times, coach and analysis. Apple Health sync • First sync is around three times faster, and it now saves progress as it goes, if it is interrupted it picks up where it left off instead of starting over. • Your history reaches back to when you joined, not just when you connected your watch. • Measurements appear on the sync card as they arrive, and on iOS 26 a long sync keeps going after you switch apps. • Fewer false sync warnings. Reports and sharing • Redesigned workout report. • Share a report to Instagram Stories, using your own photo or video as the background. • Weekly Progress now shows your real trend data. Also • See your current InBody scan while picking a replacement. • Set your race date with a date picker.
