Great app it teaches w rationales A+
These questions are absolutely NOT going to help you pass the NCLEX (Example: Lists Apples, bananas, oranges and strawberries. Then asks what food group they belong in. Hint…. The answer was the fruit group.) There are also countless spelling errors. There’s nothing about a typo in an NCLEX review that’s comforting.

So this app is decent. But if you’re going to have pictures in the questions, please make it to where you can actually view the pictures. They do not pop up. So, while it would be worth it if that was fixed, as of now it isn’t. It was a waste of the money.
Great app. However, there are a few minor glitches that’s needing to be fixed as in the pictures in most to all questions don’t show.
Bought a lifetime membership, just stays in “pending” purchase status. When we inquired, they asked for private banking info to resolve. Also, apparently NOT affiliated with ATI.
Regret it
Multiple times there is no exam question and there are only answers so I have to context to guess the answer from. Also only sometimes there is feedback as to why the answer is wrong. There are better apps than this one
incomplete question premises and at least for NCLEX, the quality and difficulty levels aren’t any good.
The questions are very poorly worded, not giving you enough information to know what the topic are. They are also very basic concept questions and do not simulate NCLEX style questions. For the price it is ABSOLUTELY NOT worth it. I do not recommend this app and am very disappointed to have spent my money on this. This app is a complete scam!

I downloaded this and subscribed for a week and it only shows a small portion of a question that doesn’t make sense
The questions done give complete information. Example: I just had one that said “7.0 - ____ normal range.” Of what? No other info. Annoying. Not worth it.
Does not allow you to sign into your account.
Do not waste your money, I got through 7 questions. Definitely not Nclex style.
Questions are garbage with no rationale and the app has asked me four times if I’m ENJOYING it in the past minute so no. I don’t like it. Get NCLEX mastery or Uworld instead.
The price tag is not correct, you are charged without a free trial straight away The support is silent Outdated questions, irrelevant explanations and answers Scam all the way
Charged me $30 off the bat even if it says “free trial”. The pictures don’t even load even if you pay for premium. Don’t waste your money on this.
I hate writing reviews but they made me extremely angry. I was trying to study for my NCLEX and I signed up for the 1 week free trial to see if the material would be beneficial for me. After deciding it wasn’t, I cancelled my free trial within hours of signing up for it and deleted the app from my phone. I woke up the next morning to find my card had been charged. I emailed their listed support contact to remedy the situation and never heard back from them. (I still haven’t) upon further investigation, looking through the reviews about halfway through them I start noticing some indicating that they were only leaving 5 star reviews because they would not be able to access the material otherwise. Seems very suspicious and fraudulent. I was able to get my refund for the charge through Apple support without any response for this app, but this is ridiculous and it’s hard to believe that anybody benefited from this app from the small amount of questions I did use. I passed the NCLEX without them so I can’t say that I recommend this app to anyone. Happy studies and best of luck to everyone in their testing.

This app is great! I just took my TEAS and scored an 86.3%. I’ve been out of school for 3 years and needed refreshers in certain areas. Using this app and one study guide really helped. The program runs smoothly, you can build your own exam to focus on certain areas, and it tells you what areas you need to review. The explanations for each question really help you to learn the material. The only complain is on some of the math problems they solve them in a weird way but whatever gets to the same answer I guess works.

The app makes you write a review before you can use it to study I guess. I’m sure the app is wonderful based on the other reviews
I started with the free version to try it out. After a week I bought the unlimited version. It’s definitely worth the price. I’m able to see how much I know and what I need to study more of. I can easily customize a practice. I love the fact that it provides an explanation whether I get it right or wrong. The explanation also gives info on each possible answer and why it is not the correct one.
