Useless W/O $$
This app is useless unless you pay the $3.99 for the maps. The "free" information is less then informative. It could easily be found through a Google search. I deleted it immediately. Don't waste your time or storage space.
Not free at all.
If you advertise your app as FREE 100% full access, then don't hide 90% of the content behind in app purchases. This is downright misleading and fraudulent.
