App no longer works.
Says “unable to connect”. No difference if VPN is on or off, on WiFi or cellular… this has happened in the past and each time the app developer needs to correct something on their end. Very frustrating!

Help Doesn’t Match App
Bought tickets through vivo.com. Follow the link to access them. Require downloading the app which I did. Tickets don’t show in the app. Help instructions don’t match the screens in the app.
Can’t access tickets
Last year this app worked fine. This year it has been nothing but problems. Most recently it signed me out and now when I sign in it no longer shows my tickets. How am I supposed to access them now??? As a season ticket member who goes to a lot of games, it’s really frustrating.
Terrible glitchy app
App has always been glitchy. Currently it can’t refresh events and it’s been over 4 months of the same error.
I’ve signed out and now it won’t even let me sign in. Keeps erroring out and redirecting back to the log in screen. You’d think with the amount of money they’re charging ticket holders that the app would at least be minimally functional.

Tickets Require Sign in Every Time
If you want to view your season tickets the app requires signing in every single time.
Terrible app
We are season ticket holders and hold huge events every year for groups from 100-150 people. Trying to email and transfer this many tickets is always a problem. The “transfer” tab on the bottom of the ticket never loads and when I’m finally about to transfer the tickets, that dreadful spinning icon comes on and about half the time, it ultimately says that “ there was a problem”. I’ve been working on this for an hour and have only been able to transfer 4 tickets. I keep closing the app and reopening it. I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled it. This is a brand new iPhone and I’m pulling over 80 mps so it’s definitely not on my end. This is too much.

Frozen app
App is unusable currently. It opens with the logo but no ability to navigate from there. Please fix!

Notifications are all messed up
I’ve turned off all game notifications, but I still get score updates throughout the game. Removing and reinstalling the app does not fix this, so I’m forced to turn off all app notifications. Do better.

Unable to refresh your events
The app has always been a bit of a pain but at least I was able to manage my tickets before. Ever since the last update I have been getting an error saying “Unable to refresh your events.” I thought that there would for sure be a patch released relatively quickly to fix the issue and since we haven’t been playing due to the Leagues Cup I wasn’t too worried about it. However regular season play has now resumed and there has been no app update and I’m still unable to refresh my events. It’s rendered this app completely useless.

Worst app ever.
We’ve been season ticket holders for years. The app always crashes, can’t access tickets or some other glitch occurs. Since we have to use app please make it usable
Tickets unable to refresh since 6/22
When I look at my season tickets in the app, there is now always an error message saying, “Last updated on Jun 22. Unable to refresh your events.” There is an option to click a “RETRY” link, and it gives the same error message, but adds the following message beneath it - “Please check back later.” I’ve checked back for the last 2 weeks and the error message is always there. Old used tickets to the July 2nd match are still showing in my account.
