Minor inconveniences for a more secure connection
Honestly a lot of these reviews written seem to harp over the time it takes to log in when it really doesn’t take that much longer than the original. Sign in with username and password, put in a 2 digit code, you’re in. My brothers self service got hacked and his financial aid was compromised about 7 years ago, I’m so glad Atlantic Cape put security first for students.

Not Convenient At All
This was made in mind with convenience and security right? Well apparently not at all, you log in when you want to go on the app, you have to log back in if you close the app, you have to log in if for some godforsaken reason you need to access self service. The old service was way better where we only had to log in once with the actual password and maybe require a texted code.

just bad
I had my password need to be reset 5 times before being able to get in. Than when I would go to reset the password it says can not be an previous password but when I go to use that password I get told it’s wrong. And the bugs which going to a new shell in there never quite works the right way. And every time I log in it says to update but there is never an update

Complicated and Unnecessary
Half the time there’s a glitch which makes me have to log in twice because it can’t “process the request” and the double authentication is unnecessary and takes a long time. The whole point was to make the process more streamline and secure but I think it just made it unreliable and awkwardly long. If I want to take a quick look at my classes or schedules I have to go through a 3 step process?? Not exactly an upgrade.
