I don’t which is worse the website or the app.
This app and website needs a drastic makeover and need to be brought up to speed.

Zelle transfers

The app is good, I wish we could have zelle transfers. You can send money via zelle, but it takes 3 days to enter the acct, as in other banks or credit unions it’s available in a matter of seconds or minutes.

Improvements Needed

I have several accounts it would be nice if you can add all the accounts so we can see the the grand total available, so we don’t have to use our calculator all the time.

Would also be great if we can request a withdrawal check straight from the app.

I’ve been a member here for last 5 years. I find AFCU to be a great banking facility

I like this place.

This credit union has everything I need and I rate it highly. Locations are close to me, customer service is good. My only issue with the app is card controls. Where are they? It’s been long enough now. Where are the card controls? Most cards have the ability to lock and unlock. What are you guys waiting for? Let’s work on this please and thank you!

Bad Service

This is the worst credit union ever, they changed the direct deposit and I’m not having to wait all day to receive my money, I’m going back to the old account. Not to mention they didn’t wanna give me a loan or refinance my car loan. I’m done here.

Update

I love that you guys upgraded the app where now i can see my current balance after a withdrawal it use to take days to see it!

It’s ok.

I feel like the app is so plan only thing I’m able to do is check my balance sometimes it’s extremely slow.and it’s hard to view my transactions but i guess it’s ok..depends on what you a doing in the app
