App and using wifi to turn on a fountain is just stupid. Doesn’t connect doesn’t work
Why is this app do bad!?
Please update this app. I have many friends looking for waterfalls and I have not been able to recommend ours at all. Difficult to get into the app, difficult to use - most features don’t work at all. I wish there was another way to use my waterfalls because this app is a 0/5.
Worthless app
This app crashes every time you open it. Their tech support is non-existent, so no help there. Tried on two different phones with the same result. The only reason I gave them one star was because they apparently don’t have a zero star rating. Total waste of time.
Keeps crashing
This is so frustrating. It keeps crashing despite my efforts including updating the app, updating my phone-twice, removing and reinstalling the app and hard starting the phone. I did all these, multiple times and in different order. So I have spent thousands on a waterfall that doesn’t work properly. Awesome.

Crashes with iPhone 13 pro
Version 1.0.3 works well on iPhone 11 but crashes on new phone. I have rebooted phone and reinstalled app. I can change the light Color once and then it crashes.
Quick setup, confusing settings
The app was quick and easy to setup and connect to the device to control the lights. Unfortunately the it is difficult to understand how to control custom settings for the zones.
Works great! 30 seconds and working great.
Awesome and works great. Quick to install and operation was straight forward.
