Issues updated 11/4/24 - more issues continued
App keeps crashing, even when I am checking off the box that says remember me it still makes me send a verification code. This is a place I used to work and I’ve brought these issues up to them. But it hasn’t been fixed and I’m wondering if anyone had even submitted a ticket for the issues I was having. I was suppose to get a phone call from someone from there a while back (6months ago) and never did. The person calling me was suppose to be a Chris B. Update: no longer crashing. But still making me click “remember me” every time I log in and makes me use a verification code.
Update: I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I am a very tech savvy person and have no idea why it keeps asking me for a confermation code when I have the box checked off. This has been an issue in the past and no one has reached out when they said they would. Can someone call me? I’m a little concerned about the lack of follow up after being a long time member.
Update: someone finally did follow up with me. Though the person on the phone admitted it was longer than what was supposed to be. And they apologized but still I shouldn’t have had to wait as long as i did. One of previous issue has been resolved however, I am still having trouble with the app crashing every so often. Additionally I tried to open the app the other day. And all it did was open up as a giant grey box on my phone screen. My phone is updated. My app is updated. It’s no longer repeatedly sending me verification codes all the time which is the issue that is resolved. However the app has just been loading every once in a while as a gray and white box and I am unable to login at times. Additionally, there was a response from the developer saying to reach out to the branch because there is no contact information as obviously they would not have any on the review nor have likely known. However, when I made that initial comment, it was due to the fact that I reached out to the branch several times and no one followed up. Having a long standing relationship with this organization and having worked there at one point i was very disappointed. Though it seems the developer clearly didn’t realize i had already reached out a number of times. Definitely not how that should be. I know from personal experience on both ends. As a former employee thats not what i would want for a customer to experience. And as a customer giving my business its not the professional experience I pay for when i do business with them. Vice versa.

Mobile deposit good, but could improve!
Great tool however the app doesn’t include a picture of the check deposit once it goes through. This would be great for users to track finances if making more then one check deposit that happens to be the same amount. For examble, if I deposit two $100 checks and one bounces or has any issue, it is unresolvable without a trip to the bank because it’s unclear which check has the hang up… unless the picture (or a portion of it) the user took during mobile deposit was included in the deposit details link already provided for each deposit.

This app is so user friendly and is ver easy to navigate and read. I am a father to three kids and it makes it very easy to use when I am on the go and need to transfer money, or just see the accounts.

Snapshot isn’t current
I’m not sure how useful “snapshot” is when the numbers aren’t current. I’ll log in and the numbers will be off considerably because current transactions aren’t reflected on the snapshot page.
