Late and wrong food
App said 30 minutes waited over an hour and my order was wrong tried chatting on app no response will not be ordering from them again

Everyone is so friendly and service is excellent there’s just so busy that at times I’ve waited over 2 hours for delivery but like I say they are wonderful

Not sure if it’s the app or the chip shop!
Whilst app is easy - between ordering on there and getting the delivery the order is wrong again! Orders chips and again got fries … and they’re not great 😌 ruined the meal for grandchildren and grandparents

Never adds the advertised discount to my order
no chicken
I ordered fish and chips and chicken before.. and it did arrive late but not a problem.. but I then ordered again and same order.. but the chicken I wanted they did not have but they had a different chicken but wanted to charge me more.. not to compromise with not having the order I wanted so I had to cancel order.. but as a customer surely they should of not try to charge me more and value my custom..
