Where is customer service
Why isn’t there a button to contact customer service on the home page? I couldn’t find any phone numbers on the app.
No payment option
I like having the ability to schedule a bulk pick up and the pick up day reminders but no balance or payment option in the app?! You have to navigate to Help, then click on Access Online Billing at the bottom just to view the link to pay on their online portal. 2 stars for the inconvenience, defeats the purpose of using the app. If they add the ability to pay your bill through the app I’ll adjust my rating.
