What’s the point of having an app that directs you to the website to pay the bill. ABSOLUTELY USELESS

Their bulk pick up is a feature ive never had before ! Very generous of the company ! And as a result it keeps items from being dumped on our roadsides !!!! Very detrimental to our communities
