Atlas HCM is the mobile companion to the Atlas HR platform. It gives employees, managers and HR teams secure access to the everyday tasks that should never need a desk. APPROVE FROM ANYWHERE See every request waiting on you in a single queue, review the detail behind it, and approve or decline with a comment. Decisions reach the platform immediately and leave a complete audit trail. LEAVE Check your balances before you plan, submit a request in a few taps by choosing a leave type and your dates, and follow it through approval. PAYSLIPS Open your current and past payslips, expand the full breakdown of earnings and deductions, and save or share a copy when you need one. You can also choose whether your payslips are delivered to WhatsApp. LEARNING AND GROWTH Browse the course catalogue, enrol in courses and register for events. Follow your development plan, work through your actions, and log check ins with a note on your progress and anything blocking you. YOUR TEAM Managers see their team at a glance and can open any profile for the detail behind a name. HIRING Recruiters and hiring managers review candidates, work through shortlists, and check hiring insights while away from a desk. STAY INFORMED Notifications tell you when something needs your attention, and the home dashboard summarises what matters today. ACCESS Atlas HCM is an enterprise application. Your organisation provisions your account and you sign in with the credentials your employer issues you. There is no public sign up. SECURITY All traffic runs over encrypted HTTPS connections. Sign in supports an authenticator app for two step verification where your organisation requires it, and you can unlock the app with Face ID or Touch ID. Session tokens are held in the device keychain and cleared when you sign out. PRIVACY Atlas is aligned to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
