About

AtlasCam is a telemetry camera for rides and outdoor video: a live HUD with GPS, speed, heading, mini map, and weather, plus optional LiDAR depth on supported hardware—so your footage tells the full story of where you were and how you were moving. Save to external storage Plug in a compatible USB drive or external volume and save recordings where you want them—ideal for long sessions and large files without constantly clearing space on your iPhone or iPad. Onewheel telemetry Pair a Onewheel over Bluetooth to pull live board data into the same HUD pipeline you use for GPS. Use it while you record so your exports can show ride telemetry alongside map, speed, and environmental context—purpose-built for riders who care about what the board was doing, not just the view from the camera. Everything else you expect Fine-tune what appears on screen, review and manage captures in the library, and export with your layout baked in—so what you see while filming matches what you share. Note: External storage and Onewheel features depend on connected hardware, permissions (e.g. camera, location, Bluetooth), and firmware/device support. LiDAR features require a LiDAR-capable device. Travel Trips & Journey Grouping - Automatic Trip Clustering: AtlasCam now automatically groups away-from-home rides into travel "Trips," showcasing your adventures with custom summary cards, aggregate stats (rides, distance, time, top speed), and fanned route thumbnail stacks using RideJourneyGrouper. - "Your Trips" Shelf: Jump instantly to any trip using the new horizontal shelf at the top of your Past Rides tab. Interactive Map Filtering: Filter your rides by trip on the All Rides Map. Tapping a trip chip animates the camera to frame all associated routes in one smooth motion. Advanced Gaussian Splatting - Niantic SPZ Support: Natively preview .spz splat assets right inside the app, decoded with high performance using SplatSPZDecoder. - Dynamic View-Dependent Color: Render Gaussian splats with degree-1 Spherical Harmonics (SH1). Reflections and lighting now shift realistically as your camera rotates, evaluated directly in SplatPointCloudShaders.metal. Editor & Interface Refinements - Fluid Sheet Resizing: Resizing the Layout Editor's control panel now tracks your interactive dragging gestures in real-time using LayoutEditorSheetTopYPreferenceKey, eliminating lag-induced gaps. - Portrait Layout Optimizations: Portrait videos now stay perfectly flush against the sheet when resizing for a cleaner workspace. - Immersive Map Controls: We’ve replaced the default navigation bar on the All Rides Map with a transparent overlay and floating glass controls for an edge-to-edge view of your routes.
