Can’t set it up

This looks really fun and educational, my daughter was very excited to start it but unfortunately I can’t get it set up. Every time I get to the enter parents name and email part and submit it lets me know it can’t be set up. I even tried multiple emails but none of them work. Seems to be a bug in the app that’s preventing it from being set up. Hoping the developers see this and fix this because we are excited to use the app if we can ever get it to finish letting us set it up.
