Sad to see her go
To be honest when I first started using this app was I was pretty irritated. I, like the other negative reviewers felt that the developer had no idea what they were doing and had never surveyed a job or stepped foot on a job site. How things change… once I got used to using the app and actually gave it a chance. It had its issues but it did the job, I always had issues syncing properly to Atlas net. More then likely user error on my part. Now the sob fest.
There forcing us into an AI app, a lot of us may soon be out of a job. I have used this new tool and I can confidently say you will not have a need for a “surveyor” once all companies that have implemented it realize the potential. The new app is great, i wish i would have thought of it. I feel honored to have experienced a tiny bit of the old school moving industry. Technology is changing the field and those who don’t embrace will be left behind. But I digress.
The app works when you know how to use it. I did notice that some people who were running with an older tablet didn’t have the ability to update versions of IOS so app had issues. My sales manager being one of them. Hopefully he updated to this latest version or he is going to have to learn the new one.

Okay program
Okay program. There are better ones.
Developed by people who have never actually done the job
It’s pretty obvious that whoever developed this application never actually performed an in-home estimate using the application. It certainly seems that, if they had, the many issues which make this application so frustrating to use would be corrected. On the upside this app is better than a piece of paper, a calculator, and a big fat tariff book. On the downside, The interface is clunky, some functions result in unintended data loss, and new versions introduce defects that should have been uncovered with rudimentary testing. So much so that one hesitates to update this application in the App Store because one never knows what new problems will be introduced with the latest version. 2-Stars because it is better than a piece of paper and a calculator.

Awful update
Stated simply, the update makes everything more difficult to read and more difficult to identify as well as less functional. Why did you make negative changes to the app's look while not fixing the actual conflicts in the system. So disappointed.

Great App for Surveying!
Best surveying app I have used to date for surveying. The cube sheet is the best part. You can also print the paper work In the household! The estimating looks like it doesn't have all the tariffs yet, but has everything I use so far. Better than the Atlas paperwork every time, and you can Send it up to Atlas Instantly.
IGC's support crew is also American, which is a blessing in disguise. The only issue is they are east coast, so for us with a 3 hour difference you might get stuck, but overall great experience so far!

Buggy and CAN'T PRINT in the house!!!!
Hey IGC, if you are going to only support apple iPad and iPhone for IN HOME ESTIMATING. You might want to first be sure there's a PORTABLE PRINTER SOLUTION !!!!! The portable AirPrint printers are no longer made and the other 2 AirPrint printers are desktop size.
