loads super slowly
i really like this app for scheduling workout classes at my school and when it works it’s great! however it takes forever to load anything. half the time i never even get to schedule things because the page never shows up. pls fix!
Incredibly flaky and slow
I can’t ever trust anything I see as being recently refreshed - it’s embarrassing to feel I’m missing messages from students. I feel it affects my own credibility as an instructor.
Bad performance bad design
It's really sad to me that my alma mater chose this app to administer their fitness classes because it's honestly one of the worst apps I have seen in a long time.
The information is very poorly organized. I have to top three places to see the classes, then, when I see the class is the join button takes forever to load if it loads at all.

Buggy
Really buggy and doesn’t work from what I can see
Unfortunate Technical Experience
The app was lacking functionality to manually set my location (takes me to the map page, but there is no “confirm location” or “continue” button). Even after enabling my location, the app fails to load any events in my proximity and will not load the “all events” page.
Forgot my password
I made an account but forgot my password and can’t back in. Why is there no way to change my password????
Cannot reset password anywhere
Got logged out, forgot my password. There is no way to reset it and I have to use my school email, so I am completely locked out of the app.
I’m losing my mind in the worst way over this app
Words cannot describe my disdain for this app. I hate it so much. It’s the only way I can book to use my university’s gym spaces and it doesn’t even work. It glitches every single time I open it, I can rarely ever get to the scheduling page, and when I do— IT GLITCHES OUT BEFORE IT CONFIRMS. It does this every time without fail. I hate this app. I wouldn’t let my worst enemies use this app.

Can’t make booking
I’ve redownloaded the app multiple times and everytime I click bookings it crashes. This is how I’m supposed to access my gym, and now I can’t. Super frustrating.

Can’t sign up
Literally cant even make an account, whatever email I use it says that it already exists. I have never used this app before.

Literally can’t make an account
I signed up and the forces you to verify your email, but an email never came after 45 min, and every time I click the “I didn’t get an email” button a loading animation starts and keeps going forever, still no email. I’ve tried restarting, logging out and in, locking the button and waiting, and just waiting. Still nothing and I can’t use the app.

Terrible App and Customer Service
I have to use this app to make bookings for my college gym. Every time I attempt to make a booking, the app crashes. I have reached out to the customer service team and no one ever reached back. I can’t make bookings from my own phone which is extremely frustrating.
Doesn’t work!
After trying with 2 emails, and reinstalling the app numerous times I can say that this app does not work - it crashes every time!
