The app is great, the company is terrible.

I switched providers based on these people telling me I could get fast internet, two months in and they can’t even keep it on, I go DAYS with nothing, and when it does work it takes 8 hours just to download 3 gigs. When I call customer service, they just tell me it’s an issue and that they can’t tell me what’s wrong or when it will be fixed. Absolutely terrible and I do not recommend at all.
