About

Atmos tells you what you're actually breathing — and what to do about it. Real air quality, from real stations Live AQI and pollutant readings from monitoring stations near you: PM2.5, PM10, ozone, nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide and carbon monoxide. Every number is labelled with the station it came from, so you always know where the reading is measured. Measured the way your country measures it An AQI of 150 doesn't mean the same thing everywhere. Atmos follows your national standard — India (CPCB), China (HJ 633), Thailand (PCD), and the US EPA scale elsewhere — so the number matches what your own agency reports. Wildfire and smoke See active fires on a live map, drawn from NASA satellite detections, and get an alert when smoke is likely to reach your air. A plain-language guide explains what fire and smoke mean for what you're breathing, and tapping an alert opens the map at the fire. Pollen by species Grass, birch, alder, ragweed, mugwort and olive — tracked separately, with a 5-day outlook, because a high birch day and a high ragweed day are not the same problem. Species coverage is currently strongest across Europe. Weather worth trusting Forecasts from MET Norway, the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, with a 5-day outlook, hourly detail inside any day, and sunrise, sunset and remaining daylight at a glance. Ask Atmos Ask a question in plain language — "can I run this evening?", "is it safe to open the windows?" — and get an answer grounded in the readings for your location right now. Every city you care about Follow the places that matter: home, work, family abroad. Each one keeps its own local time, its own national AQI scale, and its own forecast. Morning briefing An optional daily notification with the air, pollen and weather you'll meet today — and alerts when conditions change enough to matter. Privacy No tracking, no advertising, no selling your data. Location is used to fetch readings near you, and nothing else. Data sources: World Air Quality Index, MET Norway (Yr), Open-Meteo, Copernicus CAMS, and NASA FIRMS.
