No picture/photo gallery
There’s no video gallery to download videos from the scope via WiFi so you have to take out the sd card and download off of it. This is very inconvenient
Broken app
Won’t work until you signup for stuff you don’t want. Try to sign up and it won’t send you the email. Impossible to use in its broken state.

Bring back the 4
Can’t get all the features to work! Only think that works is it allows me to view the scope live view, nothing else works. I uninstalled it and now it wants to charge me when I try to reinstall the app.

Non-functional, and needs to be functional because bullet weights and sight in range are limited to two characters in the scope menu

Poorly Designed App
Spent thousands on my Thor 5, was looking forward to the app “features”…the only thing that works is the reticle editor…everything else about this app for iOS is junk. If I was the guy in charge, I would fire the entire application team of developers. 2 stars only because it’s a very nice basic thermal scope…but I am sick of fighting with this application to get it to do anything right.

Worthless
App does not connect to WiFi/scope. Did a factory reset, update iPhone, update firmware on scope(xsight 5) still nothing. Do better ATN

Settings dont give option for local network and doesnt ask for permission so i cant connet app
App and wifi do not connect
After following instructions three times, then allowing someone else try two more times, the WiFi and app do not connect .
Reticle not streaming to app
Straight outta the box the scope works great, however the reticle will not steam over to the app. Should be a quick easy bug fix with the app. Wondering when this might be fixed??

Takes several attempts to connect to my X-sight 5 and there is no button / option to download video or photos to my phone…sad. My x-sight 4K pro and app worked great, what happened??!!
Very poor implementation
This software is simply not functional. The process of connecting to the scope is convoluted, instructions are poorly written, and support is unobtainable.
Connect To Device on Network
The App will not connect to device on the network. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no luck

I have 3 of their products that have worked great for years, this last one has taken over a year and still don’t have number 4 going. #4 Started with a 4x40 Thor 4 and on the 5th one that ghosted out in the center, I couldn’t get a refund because of the time it all took, so I upgraded to a gen 5. The first one had to many issues to name and I have run #2 now for 2 hours and it will not stay connected to phone or iPad for more than a few minutes and will not stream at all. Not the same one I sent back that Alex said would be fixed and assured me that it would work as it should. This makes 7 new, out of the box scopes that do not work properly. I suggest anyone going with ATN to get a refurbished one, I think those are the only ones that actually get checked before they are sent out. The other 3 were refurbished ones. Come on ATN, new shouldn’t mean you got to fix it when you get it. R Rainey, if anyone from ATN wants to contact me, look me up in your files, I sure can’t get a returned call or even an email answer.

I paid $7,000 for XD5 and got this worthless app to go with it.
Unable to view stream
I tried viewing the stream for my Thor 5 and it does not connect. I am able to do everything else from the app except view the live stream. I am able to change the reticle on the app, as well as reticle but unable to view the stream.

Will not stream video from Thor 5 thermal 640, this will be my 4th ATN nothing but problems, if this one doesn’t workout I’m am finished with them, I have been following ATN since they first hit the market, I really had high hopes for them but my expectations are starting to dwindle,this is turning into a nightmare, I will say the ATN store I went to in Lawrenceville GA has very friendly Staff and have tried to make up for my 4+ hour drive there and back Twice with some discounts and accessories but they don’t do me any good if the product doesn’t work as advertised.

Will not stream video
Will not stream video from ATN Thor 5 to phone on app. Loses connection easily and have to try several times to get it back connected.
