Terrible service
The discounts are good but the service is terrible. They’re constantly charging you the wrong amounts and double charging for transactions. Then they ask you to prove that you didn’t fuel twice and that both charges are not valid. You have a receipt for 1 transaction. How would you prove that the 2nd transaction was a double charged by the merchant by mistake. The overcharging and double transactions cancel out the discounts they give you. Not worth the headache you have to deal with.

My experience with AtoB has been a disaster. Multiple tickets, multiple calls, chats on the website/app, calls from managers. Everyone with their own and different answers (they not seem to be on the same page). I have tried to link my bank account manually still getting error, clear cookies/catche, use chrome, etc… and still having the same issue. I even paid the fee to setup my account, got cards I didn’t even wanted since I want a credit line not prepaid. Followed every step on every ticket and still

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a fuel card service. From the beginning, everything seemed promising, but in reality, it has been nothing but frustration and disappointment.
First, the acceptance network is extremely limited. Many locations that are supposed to accept the card either decline it or have issues processing it, which defeats the entire purpose of having a “fuel card.” As a driver on the road, reliability is everything—and this card is far from reliable.
Second, the fees and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Charges appear without clear explanations, and there is no straightforward breakdown of what you are actually paying for. It feels misleading and unprofessional.
Customer support is another major problem. Getting assistance is difficult, responses are slow, and when you do get help, the answers are vague and don’t actually resolve the issue. For something as essential as fuel access, this level of support is completely inadequate.
On top of that, the overall system does not deliver on its promises. It’s marketed as a helpful tool for drivers and businesses, but in reality, it creates more problems than it solves. Delays, declined transactions, and constant uncertainty make it stressful to rely on.
I would not recommend this card to anyone. There are far better and more dependable options available. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere.

I love how the savings work for the app and the program that is used. The app does have some bugs that should be addressed I wait 30 mins at times to get funds into the account to purchase fuel. Other than that this is a great app!

AtoB is a fuel and business expense credit card that has made purchasing fuel and other business expenses and a breeze. I am able to issue cards independently to any of my employees and set purchase and telemetric controls to help reduce and eliminate fraud. Great app.
Fuel Saver App
The A to B fuel saver app is one of the best fuel apps around. I love the “Find Fuel” feature which allows me to find the cheapest gas stations near me since prices vary by the day. The app also provides detailed access to all transactions real time which is great for tracking purposes. It also shows how much you saved per transactions. Saving money is key so I’m happy about that. The easy to use autopay is also great so that you don’t have to worry about missed payments. I highly recommend this app. Get it now!

Love this card!
Q I use this card for my fleet to gas up. I know which vehicle is gasing up and I allow app to show me the data and information of where when and how much fuel was used. I also use the card to pay that has to do with city parking tickets or city bridges and tolls. The upside to this app and gas card is that all information is stored and organized by vehicle and technicians. I would recommend this card to whom ever has a fleet of vehicles..
