Needs updating
I find this to be a fun game but it is sorely outdated and full of typos/misspellings. Obama hasn’t been president for over 8 years, yet he is listed under History as the current president. Many countries in geography are notes to be best places to live, etc. but the dates are 10+ years old.
There are also many typos meaning your editor needs a refresher course or you’re in a foreign country and not proofreading your English.

Error makes party mode unplayable.
Doesn’t recognise correct entries and waits for time to run out before killing everyone.

No sound
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no sound it’s cute but the no sound makes it boring.
Not fun
Words too hard. Not fun. Should be option for word length. Fun graphics, but weird theme content. Option for no time would be nice too
Super Concept,But….
WHAT…the hay is “Overscan”? Also, it would certainly be closer to perfect, if I could listen to (my) music,while I play. But, those darn (&, I’m being polite) Sound Effects!! You already know that some of the answers are wrong…along with a needed reworking of the hint system. Plus…WHY do the ladies get worse beat downs than the guys? AND…my avatar totally needs a New Outfit! FUZZBUCKET! How about a NEW AVATAR (S)!! Some that don’t look like they work in strip clubs,lol! Please DON’T ASK ME what I think would be “appropriate” attire for being hung from the ceiling…cause I DON’T SWING that way,fella! ACH! Two eyebrows for you even thinking of asking me!🤨🤨

we tried to play 2 player party with Apple tv but when one player finished a word on his ipad it was not registering on screen.. the glitch made the game unplayable

Hangman with a twist, love it. good graphics. downfall is the adverts in between.
Fun, but needs landscape mode
I play this on a larger tablet. I’d really like to be able to use landscape mode.

So much thought and detail has gone into this app. Loads of tough words, too. Pick your puppet, your theme and word category. Fantastic, less morbid take on the hangman’s noose. Highly recommended for the whole family.
Wonderful App
Great graphics! Good selection of words and genres. This is an awesome game and well worth every penny. I can't wait to see what these developers offer next! Thank you for a great way to pass some time and learn something at the same time. :-)
Needs 2 fixes
This is my favorite version of hangman. It only need 2 fixes. First more content. Gets boring when you get the same puzzles over and over. Second, can you do anything to stop the game from draining the battery so fast. Then it would be a 5 star app.

I loved everything about it! It kept me playing, probably longer than I should have, lol. I finished all packs in just a few days but I misunderstood the fact that I would have to actually have to purchase more packs. They really aren’t that expensive, but it isn’t made clear at the beginning of the game and that is something I don’t appreciate. I was so excited to get to the locked packs because they interested me so much and was so disappointed that I couldn’t play them! I am a senior on a fixed income and usually don’t buy myself Apple play cards because I need so many other thins more. You can’t find one for less than $15.00! I don’t know if I can continue or not.

Very good overall, AppleTV controls are bad
I primarily like this on the big screen instead of the phone, but the implementation they have for selecting letters using the AppleTV remote is beyond painfully bad. Overall it is a nicely animated and very creative version of a hangman word game.
Problematic political stance buried within
One reviewer mentioned this in fuller detail, but yes, they have a problematic theme which lumps both ‘evildoers’ and politicians together. Believe it or not, the politicians they choose to include in this category seems very selective (or more precisely, anti- left wing). It’s a shame. Despite its inventive concept, the hints of brainwashing are unsettling.

Far too American-centric
This app could be a lot of fun if it used more general general knowledge, and if it restricted itself to words that have universally consitent spellings in both English and American. Even in categories you would expect to be universal terms, like science and nature, you need to know obscure American cat breeds and things like that. It’s also frustrating, for example, when you can not solve a word like haematology because in American the first “a” is omitted.

Hangman - what’s not to love?
I can’t understand why this app is not pulling in straight 5-star reviews - it’s fun, it’s challenging, it’s free and even educational with short facts about the words you’ve been puzzling over after each question. Just two minor negatives - it’s quite USA-centric, and we Brits know little of your legislative processes, or minor rap stars. Also, I do feel very sorry for your puppet at times...
