Do Not Use!
I have used this app for a year+ buying and collecting different cryptos. However, recently I tried to sell and transfer 1 of the several owned crypto just for the app to delay the transfer and cause me to wait 7+ days now for the transfer transaction to auto cancel or be cancelled by support. I have contacted support numerous times over the past 7+ days with no answer / update / solution.

Perp Account steal money
I had my balance sitting in Perps account after I closed my positions all my money disappeared! Atomic wallet customer service didn’t want to refund me and blamed it on me I lost over 2k.

They do not need the seed phrase!
Your wallets are able to be hacked it’s not safe and many customers have been hacked while Atomic wallet continues to blame it on the customers!

Scam wallet and poor service
I transfer 0.6 BTC and they asked me to do CPFP, so I transferred another 0.05 BTC to complete all transactions, but they just send me unverified BTC and their own system even showed it’s fake token. At the same time here is another transaction with a 0.1 btc and for a week just nothing shows up, and they told me “everything is fine “ and I lose 0.75 BTC and the time is around $50000. When I emailed them about this, and there was no replies from them. Ridiculous!

Just want to liquidate and close account
Major headache for me. I only want to transfer crypto out and close my account. But it always tells me to try again later or there was a problem. Horrible trap.

Where's the money?
Devs said theyre fixing it for 3 days now. Its there. It shows it should be there, yet balance shows zero, & its taling their programmers this long to fix this glitch. Will they fix it? I read the contracts. I'm ot liable for this. Ive connected the wallet in no way with any third party apps either.
