Horrible app
Can’t process any of my cards to make an order and we can’t even use Apple Pay to pay for the order either. Forcing me to go to the store order and wait in store. Takes the convenience of ordering for pick up altogether.
too many bugs
this app is absolutely horrible. I tried to place an order and the app would not take any payment method. There’s also no sort of Apple Pay and so you have to load a card on. When I went to the location to see if they could sort this out they told me that it was a franchise, and there was nothing that they could do to help me place the order. The app has so many bugs where you can’t even place an order because you cannot load a payment method on steer clear of this app.

The food is delicious. However, please update your App so that customers can choose the won’t style, the sides, and the wing flavor. I had to add that to the special instructions.
First time order
Not to bad in flavor, wish the order did not come in soggy, and I wish they had remembered my dipping options and that my furies were warm and crispy instead of warm and stale. Very disappointing considering I heard good stuff from friends.
No sauce on the side for tenders…
They do not allow you to get sauce on the side for tenders but allow you to get them tossed in sauce they charge you an extra $1 for each one too which is ridiculous

I love the food and the rewards seem like they’d be pretty good but, unfortunately, it’s apparently impossible to redeem your points. Very frustrating.

i personally love atomic wings the food and prices are incredible but the app loyalty system just doesnt work .. ive even tried using the website i was excited to save up points just to be let with disappointment after realizing you cant redeem rewards via mobile app or in store

Family Deal Doesn’t Work
Tried to use the 17.99 dollar boneless family meal deal with frys and a drink. No matter how I checked out the food the discount was not available and there was no code in the offer either. I even went into the location and they could not assist me.
