NOT WORKING!!!

I spent $100 for the NDI upgrade on my Atomos Connect for the sole reason of being able to use my phone as a remote monitor for my Ninja V and it is not working! I have NDI enabled and the button is yellow, meaning it is transmitting, but it isn't connecting to anything and there is ZERO support to show how to use this app or how to use the NDI on the Ninja V running OS11!!
