Very dissatisfied
We bought your system from an authorized dealer on a specific selling point that we can use an IOS app to access the controller for remote management. Well it only searches the local network. There's no built-in function to force it otherwise. I can't manually search on another VLAN or more importantly via a secure corporate VPN which the network security rules allows access to the ONLY controller we have on a specific VLAN. Common guys! After a secure VPN connection, my only choice is to start up a browser and directly access the controllers IP. That's insane managing it on a mobile device that is bearly readable.
