Many issues

The app did not allow me to sign. I tried to change the passport. I did it on line. But when I went to the app and I tried to open it with the new passport, the app only requested me again to change the assport and to do that I need to add the previous one.
I already change it…
How maby times do we need to do it?
Also the app has many bugs inside. I could not compete so I did not finish my course because the app.
