You need to work on this app like option for add image on the same page like in android app do
You can’t put more than one image to print on the same paper at a time less imagine you just want to print 4 by 4 inch the order space on the paper will be useless. You need to add more option so that someone can add more image on the same page before printing. Please

It does not work..
Why is this keep saying ‘phone Bluetooth is off’ when it’s not. I tried to connect iPad and iPhone, on both it is only saying ‘Phone Bluetooth is off’ when its not , so I try to connect it on my actual Bluetooth, its showing up but refuses to connect since its ‘not supported’ okay cool at least machine is working..? It has an option to scan the QR code on the machine itself, scan, and just disappear. So, no way to use it

Doesn’t work
Fresh out of the box, I’ve tried troubleshooting and nothing will print. I hope I can get a refund because this is messing up my business. The troubleshooting page us a 404. I’m very disappointed.

La app muy bien y todo pero cuando quiere me saca las impresiones de calcos mas pequeñas aunque las ponga a la medida. He probado con las medidas en procreate, en la app de page y en la propia app y cuando le parece lo saca mas pequeño. Soluciónenlo por favor.

Раньше приложение работала прекрасно. Сейчас ставлю один размер, а он печатает его меньше. Из-за этого тратиться очень много трансферных листов, чтобы подогнать размер!

Хотелось бы иметь возможность возвращаться к корректировки размера с того момента, где я остановилась, а не возвращаться в начало и делать всезаново

Die App mit dem Drucker sind sehr gut, mir fehlt persönlich noch die Funktion das man mehrere Motive aus verschiedenen Bildern auf einen Druck machen kann, dann wäre Sie perfekt.

Não importa o que eu faça, a impressora sempre imprime a imagem menor do que o tamanho que eu enviei. Ela não fazia isso, aí parece que atualizou e isso começou a acontecer.

I love this printer, but I’m giving it 0 stars. I am unable to upload my work. It takes five hours to upload a file from my phone.
Taking forever to load
I love the printer but can’t even use it right now and this is beyond frustrating. I had to cancel a day full of clients because I could not load any stencil to print my designs. FIX THIS!!!!

i love the printer i think its great, but this last software update, ruined everything it takes years to load the images in the past it was instant. fix that problem please
App is not working
The app is not working. It keeps saying refreshing data when I try and use it and nobody has fixed it yet. So you can’t even use the stencil machine which is messing me up at work and I have to buy a whole new stencil machine and brand.
