Solution to my problem
This app really fixes a problem for me. I looked for a long time to find an app that unlocks .exe encrypted files, I thought you could only do that on windows or mac. I'm too poor to get a mac and hate using my brand new windows laptop. Wish there was an iPad app with splitview but this works.
