Nonhuman players
I’ve had this game downloaded for over a year and I have only been matched once, and that one time the game glitched. I think it’s a scam so the developer makes a couple dollars off the ads. Honestly there is no way I never get matched. It would be A+ if I could… one star since it’s been “A YEAR!!!”

A lazy take on what was a great game
Where to begin?
Playing the computer never gives you a fair outcome. You could destroy all the cannons, have yours maxed out, leave the computer in rubble and have your base well defended and it still says you lose.
Despite the options, and no matter how long you wait, there are no random players online.
It’s like the developers just stopped caring halfway into the game creation.
Waste of time which is a bummer because the original was a great game.

Great game, nostalgia! Need VS players
This reminds me of when I was young, it’s a great game and I like it. The only issue which is actually a major one is that I have yet to find a human counterpart to play. I play the computer but that’s not very hard.
Not worth your precious time
Don’t bother with this pale imitation of the arcade original. The maps are too small and your cannons don’t shoot where you aim.

Need more opponents
Only a handful of players ever online. Really need more opponents or there’s no reason to play. Also, people quit in the middle of a game to avoid losing points. You should deduct the points anyway if a person quits in the middle of a match and is losing! Please raise the maximum level beyond 20 and please provide the ability to receive points by beating the CPU once you have over 2000 points, otherwise there’s no way to keep building your score.

You never win! I don’t understand how the computer always wins! I have tried everything! I have completely demolished their entire fort and I still lose 🤯🤯🤯! How do you win!!! I gave it 4 stars because I love this game, but fix the mechanics please!

I thing there are bots that are cheating, The rule is every four squares space for one cannon, but there is a “player” get one cannon every two space, no wonder it is called “world champ” and the blocks appear very slow in player vs. player mode. A except for one player I suspect is also a bot. It builds so fast only bot can do it.

Es war eines meiner Lieblingsspiele auf dem Amiga. Hier ist einfach nur demotivierend, wie es der User zuvor bereits beschreibt. Man hat einfach keine Chance gegen den CPU.

This was my favorite game back in the day. No one stood a chance against me. So, no one would play me. 😂
I was excited to find Rampart!! It’s looks very similar to what I played. I’m disappointed that, apparently, I can’t aim my cannon strikes. I can shoot the grass or the castle, but not specific parts of the castle. That’s a huge part of the strategy! Is it a glitch, or just part of the way it’s designed? I’m bummed. I’ll try a little longer, but if I can’t aim, there’s no point. 😢

Decent game but server must be down
Simple but fun game. Haven’t been able to play in days. Game open but no opponent can be found.
Pieces don’t fit
The game gives me pieces that often do not fit I know that you have made it randomly give you different pieces but if you were to make it only give fitting pieces that would make this a 5 star game.
Good recreation if the original Rampart
Update: After getting used to the game mechanics I’ve been able to defeat the opponent’s tower. Developer feedback was helpful as well.

Whatever I line up in the crosshairs the cannonball falls short of by half or three quarters of the distance. I’m sure there’s some element of randomness programmed in but in three attempts so far victory is impossible by design. Please help.

Enemies attack at triple speed
Every time I match I am pressing the button as fast as I can but they shoot 3-4 bullets for every 1 I shoot. Bad game
Can not play anyone
No rules, no way to know how to connect to anyone. Typing in the same code with friends doesn’t work. Online play doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong?
