The worst
This app is supposed to help you reduce anxiety and so far it has created a lot more than before. Issues inside the app and CS keeps me bouncing around like a ball without any resolution. I payed and now no way to get my money back. Stay away from it, the app is full of bugs🪳🪲🐞
Stop charging for a cancelled subscription!!!
They’ve been charging even after I cancelled and deleted my account. After finding out it’s a known issue, I emailed them, but nothing happens.
DO NOT sign up for a trial. They’ll never stop charging you. Now I’ll have to call my credit card to open a dispute. What a freaking hassle!!!

Suggestion/App Help
This has motivated me, made me want to be successful organizing my disaster of a studio. I lost my husband after years of caregiving and was paralyzed in my goals, identifying things important to me. I’d like to add my own steps and checklists. I don’t see how to do that. The developer has a suggestion box built into the app that does not work, so I directly went to contact the developer from the contact provided to Apple. It lead me to a dead end (a .org account). I’ll google and see if I can find a website, maybe they upgraded their site? I’ll use this app until it’s no longer useful to me. I’m feeling a bit deflated being unable to contact the developer.

Response from developer
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback with us. Regarding the feature you mentioned, it sounds like the current functionality is intended for adding notes to existing tasks rather than creating fully custom steps or checklists. We understand how valuable it would be to personalize workflows in a way that better fits your needs. We've shared your feedback with our team and will be evaluating how we can incorporate this capability into future updates.
the voice feature makes this stand out
the real-time voice coach is what makes this app feel different from a standard goal app. Instead of reading generic tips, I can actually talk things through in the moment and get a response right away. That makes it much more useful when I’m stuck, overwhelmed, or not sure what to do next. It feels more active and supportive than just tapping through text

the daily step feature is the best part
most useful thing for me is getting one clear action instead of a huge list. That sounds simple, but it makes a big difference. When a goal feels too big, I usually put it off. This app breaks it down and gives me a step that feels doable, so I spend less time thinking and more time actually starting

Helped me turn a goal into action. Good product
I was skeptical when it said it would personalize the plan, because a lot of apps say that and then give everybody the same advice. This one actually felt different. The questions at the beginning seemed to help it understand how I think, where I get stuck, and what kind of approach I’ll realistically follow. That made the plan feel much more useful than a generic checklist. great personalization

Getting Started
Attainify has given me a few pointers to get started with tasks that I have put on hold for a long time. I plan to put these into practice and overcome my task paralysis.
Potential
App has a lot of potential…but also has lots of issues. The AI Coach feature is kind of cool…well, except for two issues…(1) it’s a perpetual conversation that never ends…the AI just keeps making statements (Helpful), but always followed by a question. So it never ends. But…(2) if you end the conversation and come back later to talk to one of the AI coaches, that feature is locked on a screen that has the last AI comment with a big blue button at the bottom that say “Resume”…but it does nothing…it never lets you resume or start over. The only way to use that feature is to delete the app and re-download. Turning off phone, swiping the app closed, nothing else works. The App leads you to believe it will help break goals down into smaller steps…but it a bit unclear how you really get started on a truly specific goal…or goals. The app asks minimal questions at the beginning and doesn’t seem to have a place you can add all of you goals and tackle them as you go or he’ll break them down or track them. It’s all quite broad and generic…like “stop procrastinating”…rather than “clean out the fridge”. I thought it would take that specific task and break it down…determine the purpose for each area of the fridge…clear items from the top shelf…remove shelf and clean…return shelf…etc. I could go on…but who has time…lots of potential, but with the bugs and the generic nature of it…it is currently more frustrating than useful.

nice idea!!
the experience felt surprisingly natural. The questions felt relevant, the recommendations made sense, and nothing about it felt overly robotic or forced. That matters because people can tell when “personalization” is fake. Here, I actually felt like the app understood the difference between someone who needs a push and someone who needs clarity, or someone who needs structure versus flexibility. That level of nuance is rare. It made the whole experience more credible, and it made me more willing to trust the plan I got.

Makes self improvement feel doable
A lot of apps in this space make me feel like I need to become a whole new person overnight. This one doesn’t. It feels much more realistic and way less pressure-filled. I like that the steps are manageable enough to fit into real life. That’s made me more consistent than I’ve been with any other app like this.

wow i actually start acting
I usually get excited about a goal for one day and then immediately feel overwhelmed by everything it takes to get there. This app changed that for me. I like that it gives me something specific and realistic to focus on instead of making me think about the whole mountain. It feels a lot easier to keep going when I’m not mentally drowning before I even start

More practical then other apps
What I appreciate most is that the advice actually feels built for real life. It doesn’t assume I have unlimited energy or time. The steps feel manageable, the app is easy to use, and I’ve noticed I’m actually following through more instead of just thinking about what I should do
feels personal!
I’ve tried a lot of self-improvement apps and most of them just throw generic advice at you. This one actually feels tailored to me. The daily steps are simple, realistic, and specific enough that I know exactly what to do next. It helps me stop overthinking and just move. After a few weeks, I felt more organized; calmer, and more confident about my goals

The features are simple but powerful
At first I thought the app was almost too minimal, but after using it for a few weeks I realized that’s exactly why it works. The main screen shows your daily action, progress is easy to see, and everything is very intuitive. I don’t have to spend time figuring out how the app works. I just open it and start. The voice coaching feature is probably my favorite part because it helps when I’m stuck or overthinking something.

App doesn’t overload you!
What I appreciate most about this app is the structure of it. Instead of giving you long courses or big lesson libraries, it focuses on one personalized step per day. The UI is very clean and calming, which makes opening the app feel easy instead of stressful. The personalization is also impressive. The tasks actually feel relevant to my life and goals instead of generic advice. I also love the voice coach option because it’s fast and interactive cọmpared to reading long texts. The whole experience feels thoughtfully designed for real life.

design makes it easy to actually use
tried a lot of productivity and mindset apps, but most of them overwhelm me with too many features, menus, and long content. This one is refreshingly simple. The interface is clean, the daily step is always right there when you open the app, and you don’t have to dig through anything. That design choice alone helped me a lot with task paralysis. When I see a huge dashboard of tasks my brain shuts down, but here I just see the next thing to do. The voice coaching feature is also really well designed. I can quickly start a conversation when I need clarity or a boost before something important. It feels simple but very intentional.

Finally broke my procrastination loop
I used to spend more time worrying about tasks than actually doing them. Every project felt too big so I would delay it and then feel worse about it later. This app helped because it focuses on one step at a time based on your situation. It takes away the feeling that you need to solve everything at once. Once I started cọmpleting those small steps, my confidence grew and the paralysis slowly disappeared. I still have busy days, but now I know exactly where to start instead of freezing

it makes starting things easier
This app helped by turning goals into really small daily actions. I don’t have to think about the strategy or the perfect approach anymore. I just follow the step it gives me. Somehow that removes the mental resistance I usually feel. After a few weeks I realized I was cọmpleting things I had been putting off for months. The structure is simple but surprisingly powerful if you tend to get stuck in your head.

The only thing that worked for my ADHD brain
I’ve struggled with task paralysis for years. My to-do lists just make me more overwhelmed because everything feels urgent at the same time. What I like about this app is that it removes that pressure. I open it and it tells me the next step. Not a giant plan, just the next move. It feels manageable, so I actually do it. Over time those little actions add up and I’ve gotten way more done than when I tried to organize everything myself. It feels like having someone gently guide you forward instead of expecting you to figure everything out alone.

finally start instead of freezing
I would sit there knowing exactly what I needed to do, but my brain would make it feel huge and overwhelming. Then I’d procrastinate, feel guilty, and the cycle would repeat. This app somehow breaks that loop. Instead of a long plan or a big list, it gives me one very small step that fits my situation. When the step is that clear and simple, it’s much easier to start. And once I start, momentum builds. I’ve noticed I get through things faster and with way less stress. It’s honestly the first tool that helped me move from thinking about doing things to actually doing them
