It’s good app for staff attendance and problems resolving ASAP, It’s good for large company staff attendance

It is helpful and relevant to our small business, it tracks the accurate attendance of our employees in real time. I have been struggling lately on some of the features like camera keep mirroring and re-editing shifts and also in sending my payments for upgrades and monthly charges. But overall, it is good and helpful. I hope they can improve MORE CONVENIENTLY and mostly on paying online, may they consider more options since they cater globally.

The software was working fine but suddenly stopped. My iPhone is an older model, and I need the application to support older versions of iOS so I can continue using it.

Annoying Changes
Too many changes in a short period of time, it makes the app hard for those people who are not good in apps related. Simplicity is stil the best. Old UBI was way better.

Within 15-16 hours of installation received a call that the “app will not work” and I need to purchase @ Rs 40/- per employee for minimum 4 employees.
I think trying to push a sale even if the client hadn’t used the features and isn’t sold on the utility turns the clients off.
