App issue
I recently had an update for the app and after the update the app started to crash ı work at Starbucks and the Starbucks game doesn’t load. It gives a black screen and stay like that. Could you please help? Why does it crash ı deleted and downloaded the app 3 times it loads but once ı start the video part app goes to a blank dark page and doesn’t nothing else. I have a deadline until the 19th of June to complete all of the education. Can you please help?

Time
Due to the download feature it takes ages to load even with good WiFi. The video interactions also take forever to download. In an environment where people don’t have loads of time to just sit down and do online training this seems completely unnecessary.
