Bring back traditional training
Good idea, bad execution. Although this may increase motivation in a younger crowd, this is a step in the opposite direction in adult learning theory. The components of traditional training that align with pedagogical science are not present. These include scaffolding of information, creating connections, and learning objectives. Sometimes the objective of the training can be overlooked due to the gamification. At the end of the day the training is meant to serve 1 purpose and it it to educate new staff in order to effectively perform their job. Implementation of said above can improve this approach. This does not even mention the technical implementation which is heavy and glitchy.

Appalling interface, frequently crashes and isn’t user friendly
Incredibly useless
Super difficult to read text. You can’t search anything. The “games” don’t teach you anything. They just assume you know the answers first and then lock you out of your get the answers wrong. The app lags. Takes forever to login. Sooo frustrating. The interface is also so cumbersome. This is also unable to be used on an iPad, but it’s too small for an iPhone and who carries around a laptop all day long to do trainings for their part time job? This app is horrible.

Have to use for work but the app isn’t promising despite having notifications turned on, have had zero notifications for the 5 months of using which has lead to missed and overdue learning. Also filters do not work so instead of filtering out overdue or outstanding. It provides a rather long list and companies view on this is data is still migrating 5 months later.

Freezes a lot
It’s a good app but it freezes on most videos, I’ve spent days on the BSL course because I can’t move on past certain videos, it’s a shame!

App works great on iPads but has nothing but issues on phones.

app hardly works. app crashes the first 4-6 times you try to complete a quiz so you have to restart, meaning a single short quiz can take hours. all the images are tiny, so those questions are virtually impossible to do. the text on a lot of questions is always moving or really small, so they’re unnecessarily hard to do. searching for mandatory elements you need to complete is almost impossible, and even short quizzes can take 20 minutes to load. the vast majority of the mandatory courses are irrelevant to the job i have. increasing the score of the quiz because you can read it really quickly defeats the point of the quiz, and because they’re all mini games this takes forever to load and loads of phone storage. do not recommend

When restaurants or stores already have their own set learning centers, this app tries to make things hyper realistic people that are weird and creepy looking when it would be better replaced with a two Dimensional animated character that’s more friendly it runs super slow and it requires you to login every single time and their learning programs take and unnecessary long time for simple things that you could just read and it tries to make things like they’re fun when it’s not and just a waste of time there’s a time for fun and games and this is supposed to be for work and it tries to push this idea and takes longer to get to it when it’s required

Started off great but now I am stuck in a module and there is no support. No way to submit tickets or any help on the website.
