Bad update
Hi the new update broke the app. It doesn’t carry the text with the QR code image to WhatsApp anymore

Worst app ever. Does not allow you to enter unit number. Useless useless useless..did I say useless?
Please resolve sharing issue
The latest verdion only allows me to share invites via email. There are many instances where it is handy to share the QR code vis whatsapp but this seems to be impossible now
New update does not work
Can not send any invites, it just loads and then nothing.

There is an error when someone else has already loaded a person as a visitor, I am unable to load and send an entry pass for that person. It seems to be based on the cellphone number.

Why am I seeing other peoples visitors and information. That’s the simplest feature to add on app.I am supposed to view only my visitors that I have added. People can see who is visiting my apartment and when and their numbers…Please fix this 😭😭
When I open the app I should only see visitors that I created and should show the visitor if they are still in the complex or not. Lot of missing functionalities in the app 😪😪😪

Incomplete!
Not all invites work, entry and exit notifications seldom works, and I can’t seem to be able to reverse an invitation? This app still needs a lot of work!
App needs lots of work. Not user friendly or convenient
This app is not progressive from a functionality perspective. You cannot create future dated bookings for visitors who are friends and family which creates a great inconvenience (example waking up early to generate an exit code for a visitor leaving early in the morning, instead of creating a future dated code the day before)
The notification of entry & exit of visitors is also delayed
This app is not nearly as good as Cloudsell which we had to stop using which had information of who visited you and any information incase something happened to you and was much easier to use.

Not worth the time
I would rate it 0 if I could. The app needs you to refresh 5 times before generating a new code. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all and you need to ask security to open for you. Useless app.

Dysfunctional and useless
What an absolutely useless app for so many reasons. As a registered user I don’t see a way to get a QR code for myself so how do I get access? The font scaling is a mess and the layout is jumbled.
The options to send codes to visitors don’t do what they say, for example send a QR image sends a link to a website to download a QR code, so why say send an image? It’s another frustration for a recipient who needs to get the QR code but has to click a link. It is shame the homeowners association chose this app that will inconvenience many users. Hopefully other owners feel the same way and reject this system. It is far inferior to something like Entry Pro that I use on a daily basis.

Useless!
I added a visitor invite for today, sent the visitor the invite.
Now when I check the visitor status, the system now says there are none. How can the invitation be deleted before the visitor arrives? Absolutely useless in practice, have to spend my time money and call charges on checking up the status with my visitor.

Definitely recommend this app - most efficient way to access sites to date that I have found
Request from a software dev
- Hire a UI/UX dev
- Please, I don’t want to have to reset dates AND visitors when I want to reset a visitor’s code, especially since your servers are so slow. It makes the process so painful.
- Pretty please upgrade your servers/internet connection, or get this hosted by a provider such as Amazon, Azure, or literally anyone that has decent servers. Your service is slooooooow.

The app has gone backwards!
Despite querying this weeks ago, still not fixed...
One cannot allow more than 1 entry for the current day! Used to be able to set the number of entries allowed with an expiry date.
