About
Attic brings your old printed photographs back to life — right from your phone.
Photograph a faded print, and Attic finds the edges, straightens it, and restores the faces and the detail. It can even bring black-and-white photos back in colour. Your restorations are kept together on your phone, before and after, ready to save or share with the family.
No scanner. No subscription. Just the photographs worth keeping, brought back.
WHAT ATTIC DOES
• Restores soft and faded prints
• Removes reflections from photos shot through glass in a frame
• Sharpens detail and rebuilds faces from what's there
• Free tools on your phone to fix a colour cast, brighten, crop or go black and white
• Brings black-and-white photos back in colour
• Brings a photo to life: a few seconds of gentle movement, made by AI
• Keeps every restoration in your own library, before and after
WHY ATTIC
• Faithful by design — Attic works from what's in your photo, leaves the tiniest faces alone rather than guessing, and tells you when Colourise, Remove glare or Bring to life paints something in.
• Buy a pack, not a plan — pick up a set of credits and use them at your own pace. One credit restores one photo, Colourise or Remove glare each use one more, and Bring to life uses three. No subscription.
• Your photos stay yours — restorations are processed and handed straight back to your phone. Our copy is deleted within a day, and we never use your photos to train AI.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Photograph an old print — Attic finds the edges and straightens it.
2. Attic restores it — faces and detail, working from what's in the photo.
3. It's kept in your Attic — before-and-after, ready to save or share.
Restore the shoebox in the loft, one photograph at a time.

What's New in Attic
1.0.6
October 12, 2026
• Each restoration and video is now saved to your Photos app as it's made, so it's kept even if Attic is deleted. You can turn this off in Settings. • Already have restorations? Settings → "Save … more to Photos now" copies them across. • Your Attic library is now part of your iPhone's iCloud backup, so a new phone keeps it.
