Misinformation
I downloaded this app and signed up as it appeared to be free. It was until further looking that I discovered it’s a free trial with 13 days remaining. I went to my subscriptions to check that it wasn’t listed and it’s not. After coming back to look at other reviews with similar issues I’ve decided to delete the app. It would be better if this company disclosed the free trial period and didn’t make this app seem like it’s free. As a business owner I pay so much for subscriptions I was excited to get a start tracking app for free. No such luck!

Creepy calls
Seemed like a reasonably well built app, uninstalled because it wasn’t right use case for me. Would have probably gave it 4 stars but the fact that full location services are required for a simple time tracking app and the fact that you called my phone number like 2 days after uninstalling looking for feedback quite frankly is super creepy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Will consider another app
It’s not linking to the registered e-mail and I already paid $9.99 for a month. They don’t have accessible customer service contact so I just lost my data.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very rude via email. One time credit card payment failed and they said they will close account! We are customer since 2024. Last time we use this apps.
Help with pay rate
Is there any way to change the pay rate to from hourly to day, I would like to set to 200 per day

Worst refund policy I’ve seen in any app
Their customer service might be human, but they reply like robots — the same message again and again. I was charged for the annual plan and asked for a refund right away on day one. They refused instantly. Very disappointing and unfair. I’ve used many paid apps, but this kind of no-refund attitude is rare and frustrating.

Too complicated
A bit too complicated for what I need, this app is definitely better used by employers who have set up their employees with clocking in and out through here.
Personally, I wanted to use it alongside the clock my employer uses to keep track of how many hours I’ve worked in a pay period, since I can’t see the employers records of it.
This app has too much going on for the simple feature I need, and it requires location to be on at all times which I’m not a fan of at all and is not necessary to click a clock in and out button. Uninstalled because it wasn’t what I needed

Couldn’t get it to work
I downloaded the app. I created an account and let Apple automatically create a strong password for me. I went to log in and had to enter my user ID (email address). The password field was not being associated with my new strong password. I requested to reset my password. I did not get an email with a new temporary password. I deleted the app.

No free membership available
I am a small business and decided to get some help with scheduling, so I downloaded the app. Typically for trials they will get you to put in your billing info so after the trial period you are set. They do not do this. Once you are settled in the app they will email you stating your trial is ending and you need to sign up for the program or you lose progress. It’s over $5 a month PER employee.
I gave 3 stars because the program isn’t bad, however the way they operate is not up-front, and feels shady

Privacy Issues
This app will track you, even if you're off the clock. I was in Eastern Europe on vacation and this app was still tracking me. It gives you no way to secure your privacy and have the app still function.
Edit: I have been forced to use this app for a few years now, and I can't even begin to tell you how many hours of work I have not been paid for. It will reflect being logged in (or out) when it's not. It's horrible. It's invasive. And you will lose money.

Too expensive
Had the free trial and had the separate kiosk app. To pay £10 per user/month is ridiculous to just clock in and out. We don’t need all the other functions
Very expensive per user/employee
They don’t let you know prior to signing up via the app that it cost an additional $80 per year per employee or manager or just user in general. I signed up thinking it was $100 for the whole year for every feature. It was not that after paying My $100 and inviting my manager to make her account I was told that I have to pay in an additional $80. That’s insane nothing in their app tells you that you have to pay per user. I have five employees just looking for something simple and easy to use which this app is, but the price is crazy.
