What's New in ATX GigaXtend Orchestrator
1.5
April 29, 2026
- Added support for amplifiers with embedded transponders, including transponder firmware update support, allowing technicians to upgrade transponder software directly through the Orchestrator interface using the Bluetooth adapter. - Config file support for setting Transponder Frequencies. - ALSC Table Improvements: Added a second row to the ALSC table displaying current measured levels. - Config Export Expansion: Included ALSC reference levels ("reflevel") and transponder configuration in the configuration export. - Added a 6dB WINK attenuation button on each upstream port. When activated, the upstream port applies 6dB of attenuation for up to 15 minutes or until manually disabled, aiding in isolating ingress sources. - Added support for exporting the amplifier Debug Log. - GS7 Downstream Block Diagram Update: Updated the GS7 downstream block diagram and enabled control of the output attenuator. - Manual Align Enhancements: Introduced auto-align targets to the Manual Align page and added a refresh function for current levels. - ALSC Graph Refresh: ALSC Headroom graph now refreshes alongside the ALSC frequency table, incorporating current measured levels. - Change Factory RF Reset button on Properties page back to Factory Reset - and change action to be Factory reset (RF Levels, plus log/config clearing) - Add timestamp to user log - Downstream Page Performance: Improved load time by deferring spectrum rendering; added manual refresh button for spectrum capture. - Prevent the user from being able to disable main hybrid. Orchestrator now only allows the user to disable Aux1 (on HGD/HGBT) and Aux2 (on HGBT). - Updated the electronic attenuator abbreviation across all 1.8GHz amplifiers and nodes to be ATN.
