My test 100% correct
I did have 100% correct with my first attempt at the Parramatta office NSW(March 2025)! I only use this app and studied 600+ questions from there plus the booklet downloaded from govt website.

Good app but cannot access!
The app has been good but I can no longer access! My subscription is paid for the next two weeks, I’ve tried removing and reinstalling but no luck and cannot find anyway to contact support to resolve. The website says email us 24/7 but does not provide the email address - please help!
I can’t open the app
I have purchased a premium plan for this app and after 4 days of using, it won’t open again. It is just freezing and won’t open the app. I tried logging off and logging in but no good.

Pay for the test, the app crashed cannot open even after you re-download. Waste of money.

The civics exam is not difficult, this I knew from the beginning. But with the help of this app, I know I'm much more certain to pass my Australian citizenship test next month.

Avoid this app
This app is full of flaws and at times is openly misleading. Aside from the fact that it stopped loading as of today, when I did use it it often suggested false answers as the correct ones, and often failed an answer because only one option was selected where the app requested for 2 options to be selected.
In addition, answers are frequently out of order and are often confusing. For instance, the app would regularly show an option “2 and 3” but in reality those correct options would be in positions 1 and 3, or something to that extent.
Ignore and certainly don’t subscribe.
