Glitch
I was using this app for 4 year didn’t face any issue but recently by mistake I logged out and now I can log in even after reaching out bank my issue wasn’t resolved

Initially it was working properly but after the update, added users are not getting transaction messages and even transactions are not appearing in app. Totally useless app now.

I don't get an option to register on AU QR App, not sure why, I am using the app on ios, if it matters.
Since unable to register/login, not being able to accept payments through QR which is kind of harassment, not there when you need it.

So far have had a fair experience, specifically w.r.t. multiple qr management.
Tutorial or mailers may be provided to incease the user awareness since not been using few features and customer care team is not able to explain.
Overall as a app, would rate 4/5 considering scope for improvement.

Payment not credit in account
As we received msg for successful transaction it was also show in app but not credit in bank account. Same its not showing anywhere in app also . How ? One day ago i saw bt next day transaction vanished from system or app . Really very bad experience
