This app was not designed well for students looking to add their accounts or sign in with their existing ones, and the developer seems to not really do much to improve and update this app. Something as simple as checking my in school account balance shouldn’t be a whole process of trying to log in and the app putting up a fight when I try to put it in manually.

Not Efficient
Ive been using this app for like a year now and every time I want to do the COVID screening I have to log in which makes the process much longer then it needs to be and it’s hard to navigate. I understand it helps the school community but it’s frustrating to deal with.
Shuts itself down
The app closes down when I try to access another section whether it be my digital ID or ecampus. I’m ready to delete the app and just log in directly through a browser on my phone and iPad.

Better but still not great
This app is most definitely better than previous versions, but it still has some issues, including missing certain features that I feel would be nice, as well as freezing and crashing on rare occasions.
Log in
Every time I go to use ecampus or my ID card it says I need to log in when I'm already logged in. It makes everything difficult. If that was fixed it would be a good app

Thanks for your feedback. This issue has been previously reported to our HelpDesk and resolved. You should be able to stay logged in now. If you are still running into this same issue, please contact us at au2go@adelphi.edu and we will work to resolve it.
Update awful for Online Class Users
This app is absolutely useless to me now. I'm doing my online masters and I used to access my classes often through the app before it updated and after the update now none of my classes show up and tech support can't do anything about it. Fix this please! You would think it would be important for an online master's student user to be able to access their classes mobilely and virtually!

I'm sorry to hear this! The issue was reported a few days ago, but it took us some time to replicate the issue and determine the cause, since it affected some and not others. We have a solution which the HelpDesk is aware of as of this evening. Please send an email to au2go@adelphi.edu, and I'll be happy to personally walk you through how to get this working for you.
